Shikor social welfare organization is a civil society organization working towards establishing a society free from hunger and inequality.
Founded in 20০9, it has strived, through its programs, to promote the rights and entitlement of the people especially the poor and marginalized.

সমাজের অবহেলিত, দরিদ্র ও প্রান্তিক জনগণের অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ করে শিকড়। সেগুলো বাস্তবায়নে সংস্থাটি নিরলসভাবে কাজ করে যায়।
